Acquisition and Divestment
Transactional advice for buyers, sellers and occupiers of real estate including; sourcing and acquiring assets, evaluation of strategic alternatives, identifying and assessing potential purchasers/vendors, advice on transaction structuring and timing, evaluation of bids and executing/documenting a successful close.
Strategic reviews of existing property holdings with a view to maximising client returns. This extends to the evaluation of both direct and indirect property assets including 'hard to value' assets (property securities, loan books, hedging exposures).
Development Planning and Management
Feasibility studies and cost engineering, concept planning, joint venture structuring, arranging development finance, contract negotiation, development management through to practical completion and advice on exit strategies and/or on-going asset management.
Fund and Capital Structuring
Advising on optimal ownership and capital structures including tax considerations, joint venture partnering/site amalgamation, potential sources of finance (both debt and equity), and restructuring/recapitalising existing property holdings.
