Mainland Retail Fund 2

A large format Countdown supermarket and associated food offerings located on a high-profile, strategic site in Central Christchurch. Acquired from a local property syndicator in February 2018 for $27.6 million. Structured as a retail offering under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.

Mainland Income Fund 3

An A-Grade logistics and industrial fund with prime assets located in Hornby, Christchurch. Comprising five properties occupied by leading national and international tenants.

Originally acquired from Goodman Group in 2016, the fund had expanded with the acquisition of two further properties in 2019 and has an approximate value of $60m.

Mainland Income Fund 4

An industrial fund with attractive income distribution. Acquired in 2016 for c. $20 million on behalf of Mainland’s private investors. The transaction represents the sale and long-term leaseback of a manufacturing facility on a strategic 7.8 hectare site, situated immediately adjacent to Canterbury’s fastest growing industrial and logistics hub.

Mainland Income Fund 5

A two property industrial fund located in Christchurch and Rolleston. Comprises Kathmandu's New Zealand distribution centre and Lanocorp NZ Limited's manufacturing and distribution facility.

Acquired in May 2017 for $23.53 million – equity sold down to wholesale investors on a private placement basis.

Malden Property Trust

A three-property regional property fund with assets located in Palmerston North and Nelson. The Palmerston North properties include NZ Post’s distribution centre and an in-town Countdown supermarket. The Nelson property is a modern industrial building leased to Gough, Gough and Hamer.

The Palmerston North based assets were acquired in 2015, with the Nelson property added to the Fund in 2018. Total Fund value is $22,730,000.

Cambridge Property Fund

Located in the Christchurch CBD, the investment comprises three separate modern office buildings built in 2016 with eight tenants on long-term leases. The property is held in multiple titles and situated on a 4,073m 2 site on the Avon River with future development potential.

The property was purchased in 2018 in an off-market transaction for $25,200,000. The equity was sold down to wholesale investors on a private placement basis.
