Mainland’s Private Client offering focuses on value-add and opportunistic real estate strategies in the New Zealand market. These opportunities inherently carry higher risk and, as such, are suitable only for a select number of Mainland’s clients.

Strategies are deal specific and are not driven by asset type, location or diversification targets. Business plans typically involve the repositioning and/or development of property assets to maximise rental income and generate enhanced total returns. 

Innovative financing structures, counter-cyclical investment and identification of distressed or under-managed assets are typical of these investment strategies.
