Andrew Barclay has over 12 years’ experience in the management, valuation and leasing of commercial real estate assets in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. Andrew started his career in Christchurch where he trained and became a Registered Valuer with Colliers International (then H G Livingstone’s), working predominantly in the field of commercial valuation.
Andrew’s experience includes management roles with Jones Lang LaSalle, as part of the UK’s largest shopping centre management team; and with Goodman Property Group in Melbourne, where he managed industrial and suburban office developments. Most recently Andrew has worked as an Associate Director with Colliers International in Christchurch. This role has seen him involved in the development and management of a number of commercial properties throughout the South Island.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation and Property Management) from Lincoln University, is a Registered Valuer under the New Zealand Institute of Valuers, and is a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) being on the Canterbury Branch Committee of PINZ.
